Shipping policy

Traditional Table ships all orders from Stilbaai, South Africa. We aim to offer reliable, cost-effective delivery to customers nationwide.

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Times

We deliver anywhere in South Africa using trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Western Cape (local/regional): 2–4 business days

  • Major cities (JHB, PTA, DBN): 3–6 business days

  • Outlying/rural areas: 4–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, load-shedding, weather, or peak seasons.

Shipping Fee

Traditional Table charges a flat-rate shipping fee of R150 on all national orders.
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can follow your parcel’s progress.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If the address provided is incorrect or the courier cannot deliver after reasonable attempts, the parcel may be returned to us.
In such cases, the customer is responsible for the re-delivery fee.

Loss, Damage, or Delays

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected time, notify us within 48 hours at traditionaltablehessequa@gmail.com.
We will assist in opening a courier investigation.
