Refund policy

We want you to enjoy your purchase from Traditional Table. If you are not satisfied, please review the return guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • You received a damaged or defective item

  • You received the incorrect item

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition

Not eligible for return:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Items damaged through misuse or negligence

  • Food, spices, consumables, hygiene items, or perishable goods (CPA exception applies)

2. How to Request a Return

Send an email to traditionaltablehessequa@gmail.com with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the issue (if applicable)

  • A short explanation

We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.

3. Return Shipping Fees

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, incorrect item), we cover the courier fee.

  • If the return is due to customer preference or change of mind, the customer covers the return courier fee.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued only after inspection of the returned item.
Once approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

Where stock allows, we can offer an exchange for the same item or a similar item of equal value.

6. Late or Missing Refunds
